With over 12 years of dedicated service at B&I Contractors, Dan Bolgiano brings an extensive background in mechanical engineering and project management. A Maryland native, Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Known for his solid engineering expertise and his credentials as a Professional Engineer and LEED AP, Dan is driven by a passion for designing and managing complex, high-profile projects that contribute to the infrastructure and growth of Southwest Florida.
Dan’s work at B&I includes managing several landmark projects, such as MLB spring training facilities, the RSW Air Traffic Control Tower, and major expansions at Sarasota Memorial Hospital and the RSW Airport. His knack for troubleshooting and understanding intricate systems makes him an asset in bringing together both the physical and logistical aspects of large-scale projects.
Beyond his professional commitments, Dan is actively involved in the community, supporting organizations like the American Heart Association and the Sarasota Memorial Foundation. In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters, Eva and Elise, and his 8-pound poodle, Monty. His bucket list includes exploring the Pacific Northwest and traveling across the country.
