B&I has built a team of 35 in-house degreed engineers whose specialty is the cost of a building project before construction begins. Our professionals have the skills, experience, and training to analyze plans, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials, labor, and equipment needed to complete the project. With this information, they create a detailed cost estimate that includes all the necessary expenses such as site preparation, materials, labor, and contingencies.
