Brian F. Mumme
Chief Revenue Officer
Brian Mumme has been with B&I Contractors for 26 years, joining the company in 2000 immediately after earning his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of South Florida. He played a key role in developing B&I’s Specialized Projects Department, which grew from $200,000 to over $10 million annually with more than 60 employees by 2010. In 2013, he helped shift the company’s focus toward Design-Assist, Design-Build, and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects, contributing to major developments such as Cleveland Clinic Weston, Jackson Memorial, and Sarasota Memorial Hospital.
Professionally recognized for his strong work ethic, preparation, and trusted expertise, Brian thrives in collaborative environments where teams work together to exceed expectations in the construction industry. He has demonstrated outstanding leadership in guiding B&I Contractors’ Business Development group. In his expanded role, Brian oversees customer relations, marketing, estimating, and business development, helping drive strategic growth while strengthening partnerships with clients and industry partners. He holds a Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license and is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD+C).

With over 11 years at B&I Contractors and an impressive 32-year career in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, Greg Weisburgh brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role as Vice President of Electrical Operations. Greg’s journey began in Albany, New York, where he grew up and earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University’s Watson School of Engineering. His hands-on experience spans a range of roles, from early work in piping, welding, and material handling to project management on large-scale construction sites, including a seven-story research laboratory for GE and healthcare projects at NCH and Lee Health.
Greg excels in problem-solving and efficiency, qualities that consistently contribute to B&I’s standards of Safety, Quality, Integrity, and Teamwork. His passion for optimizing processes and advocating for the best outcomes, even when they challenge the status quo, underscores his commitment to the company’s core values.

Jason Grabowski, Chief Executive Officer of B&I Contractors, has dedicated 33 years to the company, shaping its growth and guiding its vision forward. Born in Bristol, Pennsylvania, and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, Jason holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University. Throughout his career at B&I, he has developed deep expertise in estimating, project management, and business development, along with practical field experience in sheet metal and pipefitting trades. Known for his unwavering attention to detail, Jason is skilled in problem-solving and fostering teamwork, core values he upholds alongside B&I’s commitment to safety, quality, and integrity.
As CEO, Jason is passionate about integrating advanced technology into the construction industry and prioritizing the development of a skilled, future-ready workforce. His commitment to professional growth and innovation aligns with B&I’s dedication to excellence and community involvement, seen through his work with the American Heart Association, the Children’s Museum of Naples, and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers. Jason’s achievements have been recognized with the Milton Garland Refrigeration Award.
Grounded in dedication and balance, Jason is a family man and father to two sons, Cameron and Nathaniel. Outside of work, he dreams of fly fishing in Patagonia—a testament to his calm and reflective nature. Jason’s thoughtful approach continues to shape his impact at B&I Contractors.

With a 25-year career at B&I Contractors, Michael Novo brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to the company’s core values. As Chief Operating Officer, Mike oversees all aspects of field operations and support groups, a role he has honed through years of leadership and hands-on experience. Previously, he served as Director of Operations for six years, following a decade as HVAC/Piping Department Manager and additional roles as Foreman, Superintendent, and Operations Manager. His extensive background in the industrial power sector and his time in field and leadership roles have made him a key figure in B&I’s success.
A native of Fall River, Massachusetts, and a graduate of Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School, Mike is known for his team-oriented approach and dedication to mentoring employees. His work is driven by a passion for upholding B&I’s core values: Safety, Quality, Integrity and Teamwork, fostering a collaborative environment.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mike actively contributes to his community through Habitat for Humanity, United Way, the American Welding Society, and ABC.
Dedicated, loyal, and caring, Mike also enjoys playing bass guitar, traveling, and spending time with his family. Married with two daughters, he is a proud grandfather to five grandsons and one granddaughter.
