B&I Contractors’ BIM/VDC services can bring a wide range of benefits to your project. By improving collaboration, reducing the risk of errors and delays, increasing efficiency, enhancing visualization and communication, better cost management, and improving quality, we can help you to deliver higher-quality projects in a more efficient and cost-effective manner.

Here are a few of the key advantages B&I Contractors can provide thanks to Building Information (BIM) and Virtual Design Construction (VDC):

Improved Collaboration

By providing detailed, accurate, and up-to-date information about a building or structure’s design, layout, and components, B&I can facilitate collaboration between architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.

Enhanced visualization and communication

We can create detailed 3D models and animations of a building or structure, which can be used to communicate design intent and to present the project to clients and stakeholders.

Reduced risk of errors and delays

With our BIM and VDC services, we can identify potential issues and conflicts before construction begins. This helps reduce the risk of costly mistakes and delays that can occur during the construction process.

Increased efficiency

Our experienced team can help your company increase efficiency and productivity, completing projects faster and with fewer errors.

Better cost management

By providing detailed and accurate information about materials, labor, and equipment, BIM and VDC services can help the team create more accurate cost estimates and savings.

Improved quality

BIM and VDC services can help your team to identify potential issues and to create higher-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
