Hilario “Larry” Hernandez

“FIU Graduate – Promoted to Project Manager”

Hilario “Larry” Hernandez is a native SE Florida resident and graduate of FIU.  Hilario came to B&I Contractors as a part-time project coordinator while completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering at FIU in 2017.  Larry quickly proved he was highly skilled in detail work and quickly gained the respect of his team members. After graduation, B & I hired Larry as a full-time project engineer splitting his time between HVAC and plumbing in the mechanical department.  “Hilario has excelled in his daily duties as project engineer working with all team members and becoming an integral part of B&I Contractors, stated Lazaro Carbajales, Southeast Florida Regional Manager.”  Larry has shared in the project management responsibilities of key projects such as the North Museum, Cleveland Clinic, Delray Beach Proton Therapy Center and University of Miami Proton Therapy Center.  B & I Contractors looks forward to his continued commitment to help expand the capabilities of our SE Florida operations.

Ramon Orge

“FIU Graduate – Promoted to Project Manager”

Ramon Orge is a graduate of FIU.  Ramon came to B&I Contractors as a part time project coordinator while completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering at FIU in 2017.  While working part time, he quickly proved his ability to assist project managers and field teams with the overall daily project issues.  After graduation, B & I hired Ramon Orge as a full-time project engineer splitting his time between HVAC and plumbing in the mechanical department. “Ramon has excelled in his daily duties as project engineer by demonstrating a high skill level with project documentation and team support becoming an integral part of B&I Contractors, stated Lazaro Carbajales, Southeast Florida Regional Manager.”  Ramon has shared in the project management responsibilities of key projects such as the Cleveland Clinic, Jackson Memorial Hospital Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Tower, FPL Distribution Center in Miami Gardens and Plantation Key School.  B & I Contractors looks forward to his continued commitment to help expand the capabilities of our SE Florida operations.

Dainiel Avila

“FNC Graduate – Promoted to Project Manager”

Dainiel Avila has an associate degree from Miami Dade College and Computer Aided Design/Drafting degree from Florida National College.  Dainiel came to B&I Contractors as a project engineer in 2018 with extensive experience in the plumbing field.  He quickly demonstrated his plumbing ability working with all team members including assisting our pre-construction group.  B & I hired Dainiel as a full-time project engineer for the plumbing department. “Dainiel has excelled in his daily duties as project engineer and provided a great team asset to our plumbing department becoming an integral part of B&I Contractors, stated Lazaro Carbajales, Southeast Florida Regional Manager.” Dainiel has shared in the project management responsibilities of key projects such as the Jackson Memorial Hospital Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Tower and Jackson Memorial Hospital DTC Building.  B & I Contractors looks forward to his continued commitment to help expand the capabilities of our SE Florida operations. 

Graham Hanline

“UA Graduate -Promoted to Electrical Estimator”

Graham came to B&I with an electrical engineering degree from University of Alabama at Huntsville.  His experience includes both electrical design and electrical contracting.  Graham quickly showed his skills working in our electrical estimating department. Graham has been the lead estimator on several successful projects including NCH Bonita FSED, Big Arts Theater on Sanibel, Gartner Building C and Crown Hive just to name a few.  He recently completed estimates for several large projects at NCH and continues to be a driving force in growing the electrical department through his drive, skills and determination.  He is a valuable part of the B&I Contractors Electrical Department and this promotion is well deserved.

Heath Caulfield

“FGCU Graduate – Promoted to Electrical Project Manager

Heath Caulfield is a native SW Florida resident and graduate of FGCU.  Heath came to B&I Contractors as an intern while completing his degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering at FGCU in 2016. During his internship, he quickly proved his ability and attention to detail. After graduation, B & I hired Heath as a project engineer splitting his time between estimating and project management in the electrical department. “Heath has excelled in both positions and is an integral part of the B&I Contractor’s electrical department, stated Greg Weisburgh, Electrical Manager.” Heath has shared in the project management responsibilities of the largest electrical project B&I Contractors has completed at Lee Health Coconut Point a 163,000 square-foot Medical Facility. B & I looks forward to his continued commitment to help expand the capabilities of the electrical department.
