Jason Walker

Vice President of Service

Jason Walker serves as the Vice President of Service at B&I Contractors, bringing a distinguished 34-year career in HVACR to the company. Since joining B&I three years ago, Jason has leveraged his extensive experience in technical service, sales, and management to strengthen the company’s service operations.

Originally from South Dakota and raised in Nebraska, Jason holds an Associate of Applied Science in HVACR from Milford Community College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bellevue University.
Jason’s career has been marked by significant accomplishments, including his tenure as Territory Branch Manager for Carrier Commercial Service. His contributions were further recognized as he became the first recipient of the Lifetime Master of Sales award for Johnson Controls in Nebraska.

Known for his team-building expertise, Jason is committed to fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture that reflects B&I’s core values of Safety, Quality, Integrity, and Teamwork.

Jason is particularly passionate about mentoring the next generation of industry professionals, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed for long-term success. His achievements have been celebrated with multiple accolades, including five Master of Sales Awards and three Silver Eagle Awards, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and leadership in the field.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his family, with whom he shares a love for the outdoors. He is a boating enthusiast and looks forward to new adventures on the water, including offshore fishing in the Florida Keys and completing the Florida Loop. Dedicated, focused, and driven, Jason continues to lead with a vision that inspires growth and innovation within B&I’s Service Division.
