With over 11 years at B&I Contractors and an impressive 32-year career in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, Greg Weisburgh brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role as Vice President of Electrical Operations. Greg’s journey began in Albany, New York, where he grew up and earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University’s Watson School of Engineering. His hands-on experience spans a range of roles, from early work in piping, welding, and material handling to project management on large-scale construction sites, including a seven-story research laboratory for GE and healthcare projects at NCH and Lee Health.
Greg excels in problem-solving and efficiency, qualities that consistently contribute to B&I’s standards of Safety, Quality, Integrity, and Teamwork. His passion for optimizing processes and advocating for the best outcomes, even when they challenge the status quo, underscores his commitment to the company’s core values.
Beyond his professional expertise, Greg is actively involved in his community. He volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, supporting nearly every home build that B&I has participated in, and has provided extensive help with hurricane restoration efforts following recent storms. Greg is also a licensed Electrical Contractor in Florida, a graduate with honors, and a member of Tau Beta Pi honor society, reflecting his dedication to excellence.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his two children, Ethan (14) and his daughter (11), engaging in activities like boating, fishing, and working on a frameoff restoration of a 1969 International Scout with his son. An avid cook and fitness enthusiast, he is driven by a deep commitment to both his family and his personal passions. His bucket list includes exploring Hawaii and visiting national parks with his family.
