Shell Point Health Center Skilled Nursing Facility

The Larsen Health Care Center facility consisted of ground-up construction of six story, 200,000 SQFT skilled nursing facility with 180 patient beds. B&I was responsible for the electrical system that consists of a 3200A main service and a separate 800A service for the 1st floor, (2) 1MW and (1) 400KW backup generators, high end lighting and lighting controls, nurse call system, fire alarm system, large commercial kitchen, multiple satellite kitchens, spa area, dental suite, therapy suite including a gym and therapy pool, pharmacy, x-ray and ultrasound rooms, and a Medical office area with exam rooms. The facility will facilitate access and enhance treatment to deliver on Shell Point’s commitment to its residents.
