B & I Contractors, a Florida-based subcontracting and building services firm, has been awarded the HVAC and plumbing contracts for the Florida Gulf Coast University Student Health & Fitness Center.
The groundbreaking took place in September 2018 for the 47,737 square foot center. The project is slated to begin in January 2019 with scheduled completion by Spring 2020.
