B&I Contractors, Inc. is pleased to announce key promotions in the Southwest Florida region. Dan Bolgiano has been promoted to Southwest Regional Manager. Bolgiano has been a key part of our success, and we are thrilled to promote him to this important position,” said Gary Griffin, President of B&I Contractors. Bolgiano joined the B&I Contractors team of professionals in June 2015 as Project Manager and quickly rose through several supervisory and management positions. Bolgiano managed B&I’s installation of HVAC, fire protection, and fuel oil storage systems at The Boston Red Sox JetBlue stadium and the Sarasota Memorial Hospital – Venice Campus. Bolgiano’s leadership skills are an important asset to B&I Contractors continued growth in Southwest Florida.
James Martin was promoted to Senior Project Manager in the Southwest Florida region. Martin joined the B&I Contractors in April 2012. Martin has managed more than $100 million dollars in construction contracts across the fields of commercial office, healthcare, manufacturing, education, and water treatment facilities. He is currently serving his second term as President of the SWFL chapter of the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and is a member of the FGCU Whitaker Center for STEM Education Advisory Board. Martin continues to focus on growth, development and maintaining processes and procedures within the Project Managers group in collaboration with B&I’s Regional Managers. Martin has proven himself to be an essential employee-owner of B&I Contractors.
