The project includes a 534,778-square-foot hospital with up to 236 private patient rooms at opening, a 125,326-square-foot Medical Office Building, an Ambulatory Surgery Center with 18 operating rooms, a 44-bed Emergency Department, rehabilitation and specialty clinics as part of the Lee Health Musculoskeletal Institute, and a 7,600-square-foot Child Development Center for employees.
B&I Mechanical is contracted for the construction of the hospital, patient tower, and Central Energy Plant. B&I Plumbing is responsible for the hospital, patient tower, Medical Office Building, and Central Energy Plant. B&I Electrical is supporting the construction of Levels 1 and 2 of both the hospital and the Medical Office Building.
