FORT MYERS, FL. B&I Contractors, Inc., is proud to be advancing work on the Cypress Lake High School HVAC renovation, delivering upgraded systems designed to improve performance, efficiency, and indoor air quality for students and staff.
The two-year project covers the 155,000-square-foot campus and includes full mechanical replacement, new chillers and air handling systems, and 12,000 linear feet of underground piping. A new 7,900-square-foot Central Energy Plant will supply chilled water to both the high school and Cypress Lake Middle School, with completion expected in September 2026.
