TAMPA, FL. B&I Contractors, Inc., is making strong progress on the Tampa General Hospital North Pavilion Project located on Davis Island in Downtown Tampa. The 13-story, 565,000-square foot, state-of-the-art medical facility will serve as the new home for Tampa General’s surgical, neuroscience, and transplant services.
The North Pavilion will feature 144 patient beds, 32 operating suites, and expanded intensive care unit (ICU) capacity to better serve the growing healthcare needs of the region. Additional spaces within the building will include sterile processing, emergency response, and education and training areas, along with two floors reserved for future growth.
