B&I Contractors, Inc. is glad to announce the promotion of Rafael Rubio to Construction Purchasing Manager. Rubio joined the B&I team of professionals in April 2012 and has been an integral part of the purchasing department. Rubio’s expanded position comes with increased responsibility during a time of significant supply-chain challenges. Rubio is has excelled in his role assisting all B&I departments while making sure goods and supplies are available and delivered on time. Rubio has proven himself to be a team player and an essential employee-owner of B&I Contractors.
Davin Sturgell, has been promoted to Service Purchasing Manager. Sturgell has been an outstanding Service Department team member since he joined the B&I team in January 2017. As Service Purchasing Manager, he will be heavily relied upon working to assure supply-chain disruptions are minimized for the B&I employee-owners allowing them to continue to work on current and future jobs.
