FORT MYERS, FL – B&I Contractors, Inc. is excited to welcome the following new hires to our Corporate Offices.
Stephen Brooks, Benefits Manager-
Benefits Manager, Stephen Brooks, who has 30 years of experience in Benefits Administration. Throughout his career, he has supported a variety of industries, including HRBPO and beverage distribution, bringing a well-rounded and knowledgeable approach to our benefits programs.
Eva Telemaco, HR Generalist-
Evanery “Eva” Telemaco, HR Generalist. Eva has called Southwest Florida home for the past 10 years. She is bilingual, SHRM-certified, and holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources and a master’s degree in business administration. Eva also brings HR experience in the construction industry, which will be a great asset as she supports our employees and leaders. Eva’s approach aligns well with our culture and our continued commitment to being a Great Place to Work.
Emily Vydra, HR Employee Engagement Coordinator-
Emily Vydra, HR Employee Engagement Coordinator. Emily will focus on strengthening employee engagement and communication across B&I and will help coordinate many of the events that bring our employees together, company-wide events and initiatives. Emily joins us from the Chicago area where she earned her degree in Public Relations with a minor in Communications.
Kevin Owen, Graphic Designer –
Kevin Owen, Graphic Designer, brings more than four decades of experience in graphic design, advertising, marketing and visual communications to the employee-owned company. Owen brings 43 years of experience spanning advertising agencies and healthcare organizations. Throughout his career, he has developed a broad range of creative materials across print, digital, social media, illustration and animation.
